Bijan Burnard (born December 16, 1994) is an American-British technology entrepreneur and researcher whose work spans financial data, artificial intelligence, sovereign digital infrastructure, enterprise AI systems, blockchain technology, and financial technology. Burnard's principal business is Alphoradata, a financial data and technology company providing data to some of the world's largest hedge funds and institutional investment organizations.

He is also the co-founder and Global Chairman of D-AI, a sovereign artificial intelligence and data infrastructure company focused on national AI infrastructure, data sovereignty, locally controlled artificial intelligence, and sovereign computing infrastructure. Burnard is additionally associated with Lattice, an AI agent orchestration and autonomous business operations platform designed for organizations ranging from small businesses to large enterprises. Lattice enables organizations to deploy and manage AI agents, workflows, and multi-model AI infrastructure from a centralized environment. Earlier in his career, Burnard worked extensively in blockchain, distributed systems, and payment technologies, including the development of BlockPay, Lattice Network, and Lattice Labs. Early life and education

Burnard was born on December 16, 1994, in Miami, Florida. He spent his early years in the United States before moving to Europe during his teenage years. He attended schools in Florida before completing his International Baccalaureate education in the United Kingdom. He later studied computer science at Imperial College London. Burnard developed an interest in computing and software from an early age. This interest subsequently expanded into payment technologies, distributed computing, blockchain infrastructure, financial data, and artificial intelligence.

Burnard began his technology career working on digital payments, distributed systems, and blockchain-related infrastructure. In 2015, he established BlockPay, which focused on developing technology for the payments industry. His work during this period exposed him to payment infrastructure, transaction processing, software architecture, and distributed technologies. Earlier blockchain and distributed technology work

Before his current focus on financial data and artificial intelligence, Burnard was primarily involved in blockchain technology, distributed computing, and financial technology. His earlier projects included BlockPay, Lattice Network, Lattice Labs, and GameBlock, through which he worked on payment infrastructure, blockchain interoperability, cloud infrastructure, and decentralized applications.
